While you won't be penalized for not doing so, we strongly suggest you use the Primary INQP county abbreviations listed below on the air and in your log. This will make life easier for the other participants as well as the log checkers. The MARAC abbreviation set should be compatible with MARAC logging, but will not be accepted by most mainstream contest loggers.

Beware that three Indiana counties have the same names as states (Delaware, Ohio, and Washington). Indiana stations should log states by their standard two letter abbreviations to avoid confusion.
