includes "IN" for the first two letters plus the county name abbreviation. In all cases, the
full exchange will be five letters.
Beware that three Indiana counties
have the same names as states (Delaware, Ohio, and Washington). Indiana
stations should log states by their standard two letter postal abbreviations.
