While you won't be penalized for not doing so, we strongly suggest you use the official INQP county abbreviations listed below on the air and in your log. This will make life easier for the other participants as well as the log checkers. Most of the abbreviations are three letters, and some are four letters. Beware that three Indiana counties have the same names as states (Delaware, Ohio, and Washington). Indiana stations should log states by their standard two letter abbreviations to avoid confusion.
